We provide colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy pouches and supporting products from leading brands in the industry, including Coloplast, Hollister, Convatec, etc. We offer a wide selection of closed, drainable, one-piece and two-piece systems.

 

Do you offer ostomy product guidance?

 

Yes, our friendly team can provide practical information on how to use ostomy products. We also stay in touch with routine check-ins to make sure everything continues to work well for you.

 

Do you provide tips or guidance about life with a stoma?

 

Yes. Comfort Medical customers get personalized emails with guidance, practical tips, and inspiration. This includes advice on stoma care, hygiene, and confidently returning to daily life after surgery.

 

Ordering and delivery

Is there a delivery fee for my ostomy supplies?

 

No. We deliver your ostomy supplies directly to your door, free of charge.

 

How do you help me keep my ostomy supplies on track?

 

We’ll reach out when it’s time to reorder, so you never have to worry about running out of your ostomy supplies. You can also use the Comfort Medical portal to quickly reorder, track your orders, and receive reminders when it’s time to restock.

Do you work with my insurance?

 

We service Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurances. If you’re out of network, we will help you find a DME provider that is in-network with your insurance.

 

Does Traditional Medicare cover ostomy supplies?

 

If you have Medicare Part B, ostomy supplies are covered. Medicare pays 80%, and you pay 20%.

 

Do I have to submit my claim to my insurance?

 

No, we take care of that for you! We bill your insurance directly and handle all the paperwork for you.
